Entries to Central Entries 0754 991 700 on Wednesday 22^nd May between 10:00am and 2:00pm and Thursday 23^rd May between 2:00pm and 6:00pm. Entries close Thursday 23^rd May 2024 at 6:00pm.

NOTICE:

• Competitor’s partner (1) and/or juniors with one (1) parent/guardian to be free admission.

COMMITTEE NOTICE:

• Bull Ride competitors to park in Public Car Park and walk to horse gate entry to access arena, no cars or utes will be allowed in the horse area unless towing a float.
• Roads near loading ramp are to remain clear or you will be asked to move.
• Due to the large numbers of competitors the stables will be open to Barrel Race competitors free of charge, the committee asks all vehicle with floats to be parked nose into the fence / stables and to be parked closely together with all horses in stable to allow more room as parking will be limited.
• All stables will be required to be cleaned free of manure, hay, etc. upon leaving.

EVENT INFORMATION:

• Camping and stabling are available for competitors with horses.
• No electric fences allowed.
• Areas around all vehicles must be cleaned prior to leaving the grounds.
• Bar, food and drinks available.
