Central Entries Information:

- Wednesday 10:00am - 2:00pm
- Thursday 2:00pm - 6:00pm
These times can change when required for rodeo amount or public holidays. Check the event details for alternative dates/times.
Email Nominations: Competitors can nominate via email from 2-weeks prior the rodeo and closing as per the central entries or late nominations closing times. Note: Email nominations must be confirmed by a return email. If you have not received an email by Friday 12pm after close of Central Entries, please contact the Office.
Late Entries: Late entries after close of regular entry times are accepted for all events up to 12:00pm Monday proceeding the rodeo. Late entries will be automatically accompanied by a fine (Senior $25.00 / Junior $5.00), except when less than 12 entries in an event, there will be no late fee applied.
Rules of Entry: Please record your reference number as it required for payment, entry investigation and cancellation. Entries will not be accepted if there are previous unpaid debts (e.g. bounced cheques, fines, unpaid entries). Should a competitor have outstanding debts with any Rodeo Association under the Australian Rodeo Federation they will be ineligible to compete in any event until these fees have been settled with the relevant Association.

- Open or novice competitor. Note: Novice competitors must state they are a novice when entering for each rodeo.
Day Member Entry Procedure:
A temporary membership for the day of the rodeo only and must pay an additional fee for day membership (Senior $15.00 / Junior $5.00). Nominations and day membership fee must be paid to the NRA Office by the designated date. Day members are required to complete the Day Member Nomination Forms and email to entries@nationalrodeoassociation.com.au by close of entries. No day member nominations will be accepted via phone. A parent/legal guardian’s signature is required on the form for competitors under 18 years of age. Please ensure all fields on the forms are completed correctly and emailed in a PDF format otherwise the nomination will not be accepted. Failure to have payment and forms completed by the designated time will result in nominations being cancelled.
Note: Day Members are not able to accrue points for any event and/or all-round titles.
Methods of Payment:
- Direct Deposit: BSB: 034640 ACC: 285150 Name: National Rodeo Association Ltd. For reference use name and entry reference number and email the receipt to central entries.
- Card Payment: Provided to central entries when nominating. Note: 2% transaction fee.
- Cheque or Money Order: Payable to National Rodeo Association Ltd. PO Box 1477, Caboolture QLD 4510
Cancellation Information:
- Cancellations prior to 12:00pm Monday preceding the rodeo will not incur a fine.
- Cancellations after 12:00pm Monday and before 12:00pm Thursday preceding the rodeo, unless otherwise stated, will incur a committee levy plus administration fee, with or without a doctors/vet certificate.
- Cancellations after 12:00pm Thursday preceding the rodeo will incur full entry fee plus turn out fine. To medical out the competitor must supply a doctor/vet certificate within 7-days from the rodeo date or full entry fee and turn out will apply.
- Any unnotified cancellations will incur full nominations plus a turn out fine.
- Cancellations must be done through the NRA Office or Central Entries Hotline during operating hours.
