NOMINATIONS:

Central Entries 0754 991 700 on Wednesday 19^th February between 10:00am and 2:00pm and Thursday 20^th February between 2:00pm and 6:00pm. Entries close Thursday 20^th February 2025 at 6:00pm.

Day Member entries via Day Membership Nomination Forms only - no phone entries accepted.

NOTICE:

• Only junior competitors with one (1) parent/guardian (18+) to be free admission.

EVENT INFORMATION:

• Admission – Adults 18+: $35 / Students U18yrs: $25 -Must accompany Adult / Children U10yrs: Free -Must accompany adult (ticket still required). No entry after 8:30pm.
• Camp chairs permitted for seating
• Camping available from 1st March– Unpowered. Free for competitors.
• Food, drinks and bar available
• Enjoy ute and mullet competitions, and DJ and live music after party- Featuring on Stage Caitlyn Shadbolt
• NO DOGS /ANIMALS Permitted
• NO BYO by law. No ESKYS will be permitted in the venue. Sealed unopened plastic water bottles are fine-NO GLASS -Security will be checking eskies and camp sites.
